EPS customer visits factory

Recently, we have welcomed a special group of customers – representatives of foreign clients who came to our company specifically to visit our expandable polystyrene production factory, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of our production process, product quality, and corporate strength. The company attaches great importance to this visit, and all employees have done a good job in the reception with full enthusiasm and a professional attitude.
1. Carefully prepared
After learning about the upcoming visit of foreign clients, the company quickly established a dedicated reception team. The group members covered elites from various departments such as sales, technology, and production, and worked together to comprehensively organize and clean the factory. In the production workshop, the equipment is wiped clean and all kinds of tools are neatly arranged; The display area has carefully arranged the company’s development history, honor certificates, product samples, etc., for customers to better understand our enterprise. At the same time, the reception team has repeatedly optimized the visiting route to ensure that customers can fully understand our factory in the shortest possible time.
2. Warmly welcome
On the day of the visit, company leaders and reception team members arrived at the factory gate early to welcome the arrival of foreign customers. As the customers’ vehicles slowly drove into the factory, we warmly greeted them, shook hands with them one by one, and presented them with carefully prepared small gifts. After a brief exchange of pleasantries, we led the client to the conference room and introduced the company’s basic information, product characteristics of expandable polystyrene, production process, and quality control system to the client through a carefully crafted PPT. The customers listened very attentively and occasionally raised some questions, and our technical staff provided detailed answers.

3. On-site visits
Subsequently, we led the client into the production workshop for on-site visits. During the visit, our professional technicians provided a detailed introduction to the production process of expandable polystyrene, covering every step from raw material storage and processing to finished product packaging and transportation. Customers appreciate our advanced production equipment and strict quality control system and often stop to watch and take photos to record. During the visit, we also invited customers to personally experience the performance of some products, such as insulation and earthquake resistance, allowing customers to feel the advantages of our products more intuitively.

After the visit, we returned to the conference room and had in-depth communication and interaction with the client. Customers have given high praise to our factory and products, while also providing valuable feedback and suggestions.
